SMP Treatments

There are various types of Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) treatments that can be performed, depending on the individual’s specific needs and preferences.

Below are the common types of SMP treatments we offer:

Hairline Repair

A talented hand is needed to help bring back a receded hairline. Not only will it come out looking neat and symmetrical, but we also take into consideration your face shape, facial muscle placement and your desired look to create a perfect natural hairline.

Male Pattern Baldness

We can create you a Natural Buzz Cut Look, even with extensive balding, this procedure gives the illusion of a full head of hair once again, so creating a realistic undetectable buzz cut has never been easier! So if you want guaranteed results that look realistic while still relieving the frustrating effects of hair loss, then scalp micropigmentation is for you

Thinning Hair

Thinning hair is most evident when your scalp becomes visible. Its NOW easy to cover up and restore the look of a fuller looking scalp with SMP. We will increase your density to any sparse areas of the scalp creating undetectable transformation difference between the scalp and your actual hair.

Womens Hair Loss

Childbirth, medication, menopause and stress can all cause the hair to thin, and when it becomes noticeable hair loss can become distressing, thankfully SMP can not only help to thicken up the baby hair around the hairline but also create a thicker natural looking fuller scalp once again.

SMP Combination

If you have previously had some form of hair transplant and still feel you require further density to enhance those thinning areas then SMP can help add natural looking coverage to thicken the crown or hairline area.

Scar Concealment

There are many reasons why scarring may occur on your scalp. It may be because you have experienced some kind of trauma to your head that has resulted in surgery or, more commonly, undergone a hair transplant that has left unwanted scarring behind, resulting in your hair journey being incomplete.

Like hair loss in general, scars on a person's head can still cause damage to their self-esteem and sometimes be quite triggering.

With scalp micropigmentation, we can conceal the scarred area, blending it naturally with your hair, so the scars appear non-existent.

There are two types of hair transplants you can get:

  • FUT - Follicular Unit Transplantation. This will leave you with a strip-like scar across the side or back of your head.
  • FUE - Follicular Unit Extraction. This will leave small circular scars across your head.

Alopecia

Our hair is a massive part of what creates our identity, so when our hair begins to fall out, we lose a little bit of who we are with it.

Alopecia is an auto-immune condition that results in partial or complete hair loss. It can happen for several reasons; genetics, trauma to the scalp, self-infliction due to certain hairstyles or tugging - or there may be no reason at all.

Sadly, there isn't a cure for alopecia. However, thanks to scalp micropigmentation, we now have a way of creating a natural new hairline or concealing any areas of patchiness that may have developed.

SMP may not promote hair growth, but hopefully, it will help you come to terms with the trauma of losing your hair. Not only that but hopefully, restore your confidence and rebuild your identity.
